Cancellation Policy
Same day cancellations (24hrs or less) result in your card being charged a 15% fee of your service total & loss of deposit meaning you will have to pay your deposit again in full in order to reschedule. If you are within the 24hr + time frame you have 1 rebook option. No call no shows result in your card being charged a 25% fee of your service total. After 2 no call no shows = Blocked from booking. A $10 Late fee will be applied to your total after exceeding the 5 min grace period. After 15 mins your appt will be canceled which will result in loss of deposit unless discussed otherwise. No call no show fee will be applied to your total if I’m not informed of tardiness within 10 mins of scheduled appt time.
